classic pnw area alt tboy who never stops yapping
raised in foster care, constantly belittled for being "too tomboyish", wanted to be a cop as a kid.
ran away from home in the middle of high school and fell in with a dangerous crowd. "adopted" by the gang's leader, took her name as his last name.
extremely complicated love/hate relationship with alvida that continued to sour as he grew up. by the time koby was capable enough to leave, he had way too many debts to ever live in peace, should he escape.
became a sort of information broker/bargaining chip/messenger for alvida's myriad allies and enemies -- sometimes he delivers a message or a warning, sometimes he delivers bribes (money, drugs, himself, etc.) he's a well-known figure in the underworld, always somehow at the scene of any scandals alvida could exploit, gathering information, making connections, hanging off someone's arm for the night.
koby has a very escapist nature -- he's irrevocably trapped in his life, so he seeks out adrenaline and thrills and attention and pleasure to numb that feeling of despair. he's also allergic to commitment or genuine feelings, so he tends to leave his lovers without any further contact in the morning.
